Manufacturer statistics

How designers in FredIQ use the materials of your manufacturers. Only your own portfolio, without competitor data, without prices and without project or company names.

Where to find the statistics

  1. In the top bar, click Manufacturer portal.
  2. In the portal menu, choose Statistics.

The statistics are visible to the owner and to the people in the manufacturer company.

  • The Statistics item appears as soon as FredIQ assigns manufacturers in the catalogue to your company.

You do not assign manufacturers to your company yourself; the operator of FredIQ assigns them. That is why you will not see the statistics of another manufacturer.

What the statistics show

  • Projects with your materials and a comparison with the previous year. A project counts when at least one of its roofs has your product selected. The month is the month the project was created; deleted projects are not counted.
  • Monthly trend: projects this year and a year earlier.
  • Volume by material type: the volume by type and use (for example main waterproofing or base layer) and the average per project.
  • Product mix: the share of each product in your volume.
  • Project regions and countries: the region by the site postcode for Czech projects, the country for projects abroad.
  • Pre-order volume: projects with a protocol released in the last 90 days. They are closer to an order than a design alone.
  • Used together with: which of your materials appear together in the same project.
  • New and returning firms: how many companies used your materials for the first time in the period and how many had used them before. Counts only.
  • Offered → chosen: how many times your product was offered in the catalogue selection (at most once per company and day) and how many times the company chose it.

The volume is the sum of the calculated quantities. A project in which the quantities have not been calculated yet counts towards the number of projects, but not towards the volume.

Period and export

  1. In Period, choose Month, Quarter, Year, or Custom with the From and To dates.
  2. In Material type, you can narrow the selection to one type.
  3. Click Show.
  4. Export CSV downloads the statistics for the selected period and type.

The data is recalculated every night.

Privacy and neutrality

  • The statistics show only your own portfolio: no data on other manufacturers, market share or prices.
  • They contain no project names, addresses or company names.
  • A cell backed by fewer than 5 different companies is not shown. Instead of a number, it says “not enough data”.
  • The order of products in the catalogue selection and the content of the offer do not change based on the statistics.
